Please enter your NetID and the Password Reset Token that was sent to you.
If you do not have a reset token, then you will need to have one generated for you. You can generate a reset token in several ways:
- Anyone with a NetID can use: mynetid.rice.edu/recover/
- Contact the IT Help Desk, your Divisional Representative, or SCC (Student Computing Consultant)
Your reset token is only valid for 24 hours and can only be used ONCE, so if your token has expired or has already been used, you must use
one of the methods above to generate a new one.
